All wiring from a battery have to be shielded with the correct dimensions fuses. All fuses and fuse holders needs to be Positioned inside of 18 inches from the battery (Figures 2 by means of 5). Added fuse holders can be required if the inverter is linked to the motor battery instead of the alternator, or If your under-the-hood wiring is upgraded.
